Our story

Sheffield Haworth is proud to be partnering with Cancer Research UK in 2019. Each year, a team from Sheffield Haworth takes part in an endurance challenge to raise money for charity. Last year our team cycled from London to Paris in 2 days to raise £15,000 for Cancer Research. This year we are keeping our feet firmly on the ground but hoping to raise even more money to support this fantastic cause! Not for the faint hearted, this September a team of 30 of us from the London office will be climbing the Three Peaks to raise £20,000. The Three Peaks consists of walking the three largest peaks across Scotland, England and Wales; starting at Ben Nevis, moving swiftly on to Scafell Pike and finishing at Snowdon. Taking on three mountains in short succession is a challenge in itself but we have the added pressure of aiming to complete all three within 24 hours which will really put our team to the test having had little sleep and potentially battling inclement weather (we have our fingers crossed for sunshine!).
