Ride4Fran - 180 Mile Bike Ride 22nd – 24th June #RideforFran

Our story

In memory of our colleague Fran Johnson, over 20 cyclists from the MMLE team in Derby are taking on the challenge of cycling 180 miles from St Pancras to Sheffield over three days to raise money for Frans family’s chosen charity – Cancer Research UK. Fran was a popular member of the MMLE team , she was a positive and really supportive influence to all those who worked with her across Network Rail and the supply chain. This is our way to celebrate this unique individual, who touched so many people in a positive way. The route will consist of the following mileages and destinations. Day 1 Thursday 22nd – St Pancras to Wellingborough approx. 75 miles Day 2 Friday 23rd – Wellingborough to Derby approx. 75 miles Day 3 Saturday 24th – Derby to Sheffield approx. 40 miles
