We’re riding for research from Stone Farm supporting Cancer Research UK

Our story

Carolyn is very excited to be organising her 3rd Charity Ride for Research from Stone Farm in aid of Cancer Research UK and this year she is hoping it will be the best one yet! The date for your diary is Saturday 17th September 2022. You have plenty of time to get yourselves and your steeds in good shape by then for the 15 mile ride across the beautiful rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds! There will be a mixture of bridleways, country lanes, splashes through fords, village pitstops with refreshments and a blast through our Log Chase field with XC jumps to end your ride with a smile on your face! There will also be prizes for the best decorated horses and riders in as much PINK as you dare to wear!! Judging will take place by Andrea Day, our CR UK Relationship Manager, at the start of the ride. First Aid kits for both human and horse will be onboard the Ground Crew Support Vehicles following us along the route. There will be a big buffet & drinks served for everyone back at Stone Farm after the ride along with a raffle to raise extra funds on the day. Raffle donations will be gratefully received please! A photographer will be present on the day to capture our exploits on horseback and we shall be able to purchase any prints online.
