Our story

This very special team is made up of 100 colleagues from the OB, some of the great people we work with and a few of our nearest and dearest. We’re putting on our running shoes to have fun, challenge ourselves and raise as much money as we can for Cancer Research UK. Our target is to smash £1m so that we give a serious boost to Cancer Research UK’s life-saving work. For 120 years Cancer Research UK has been at the heart of progress against cancer. Though 1 in 2 of us will get the disease in our lifetimes, survival rates have doubled over the last 40 years. By 2034 CRUK aims to ensure that 3 in 4 people diagnosed with cancer will survive for 10 years or more.
