We are raising as much as we can to beat cancer

Our story

World Cancer Day is an international initiative which takes place every year on 4th February. It inspires individuals and communities to unite against cancer. This year, Cancer Research UK’s 20th anniversary falls on World Cancer Day, so we have an even bigger cause for celebration. We are asking our Ernst & Young colleagues across the business to come together and unite on World Cancer Day. Whether its from running a virtual coffee morning from your living room where you’d donate the price you would have paid for a coffee on your way to the office or challenging your team to take on a personal challenge inspired by the campaign we would love to see our offices getting involved and coming together on this very special day to help raise funds for life saving research. No single person, organisation or country is going to beat cancer on its own. When you support Cancer Research UK, you are not only funding research into life-saving discoveries, kinder treatments and ways to educate people about lifestyle choices, but you are also helping to keep loved ones together for longer, see people reach milestone birthdays and bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. You don’t have to wear a lab coat to beat cancer!
