Our story

Cancer affects us all, touching countless lives in profound ways. Many have shared personal stories about its impact on them and their loved ones. That’s why raising £50,000 for Cancer Research UK is so important. But how can we make this happen? Three words. Guinness World Record. We’re aiming to set a NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for the ‘Most Participants in a Static Cycle Relay’ to raise £50,000 for Cancer Research UK. Where will this record be broken, you ask? The record-breaking relay will bring together people from the EC3 postcode area in London and beyond – all united by a single goal. This unique fundraiser will see 500+ participants taking turns to cycle continuously on the same exercise bike in EC3’s iconic Leadenhall Market. By taking part, volunteering or donating, you can help make a real difference. Cancer Research UK leads the fight against cancer by funding groundbreaking research, prevention, and treatments, transforming lives and bringing us closer to a world without cancer. Your donation to Cancer Research UK funds vital research that saves lives and gives hope to millions of people affected by cancer. Together, we can achieve something extraordinary. Join us in this mission and help us reach our goal. For more information, visit www.ec3relay.com.
