Join #danceforlife one week challenge! Add a 3 minute dance to your daily routine for a week and raise funds for Cancer Research UK!

Our story

Each day we challenge you to dance! Included in your welcome email you will receive our 7 days 3 minute dance videos, each will have a new style of dance and song with basic steps to follow or to improvise. As part of our 1 week dance challenge, you will also receive: free access zoom classes to Joyful Dance Exercise on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 11am. You will also receive an invitation to join our dedicated WhatsApp and FB groups to connect with other participants. To celebrate accomplishing one week #danceforlife challenge you will be invited to our Dance For Life zoom party on Saturday 26th June!
