Our story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the National Charity Day 2024 page. Bellway is delighted to partner with Cancer Research UK. Our mission is to raise £4m for life saving research by the end of December 2024. Cancer survival rates have doubled in the past forty years and now 2 in 4 people receiving a cancer diagnosis will survive. But that is not enough. Cancer Research UK’s ambition is to reach 3 in 4 people surviving cancer within the next twenty years. Bellway’s support will help fund 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses as they work across all 200 different types of cancer. Together Bellway and Cancer Research UK are beating cancer. Thank you for your support. On the 15th January 2024 Bellway is hosting our second National Charity Day in support of our “4 for 24” target. All our divisions and Head Office will be taking part in an online quiz and free prize draw to raise as much cash as possible for Cancer Research UK. The money raised through the Free Prize draw will receive Bellway’s double matching for CRUK. If you choose to donate £10 Bellway will double match the figure meaning CRUK will get £30!
