Raising vital funds for Cancer Research UK

Our story

Woof Walkies month starts on 1st August and runs until 31st August and we’re calling all four-legged fundraisers – and their owners to sign up and get involved to help beat cancer sooner. All you need to do is add a £2 donation to our CRUK superteam page under the name of your furry friend, keep track of your weekly dog walking mileage and get as many donations as possible. All entrants will receive a CRUK pin badge to be proudly displayed. A ‘full works’ dog grooming prize will be awarded to the pooch who raises the most cash and the pooch who walks the most miles. A weekly leader board will be posted on Asternet so you can check out the competition and we’re keen for pictures of pooches on their woof walkies to be posted on Asternet and Twitter using #AsterWoofWalkies.
