Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! Their work holds a very personal place in my heart, as I lost my mum to cancer in October 35 years ago. So when I saw the Plank in October challenge, I couldn't possibly ignore it! As a yoga teacher, I spend plenty of time encouraging other people to find their strength, so I thought I'd put mine to the test too — plank every day throughout October, all in aid of a cause that means so much to me.
