All races done now but you can still donate: Friday team: Sarah and Ella plus Lincoln the wonder dog trotted the banks and fields at the edge of the river at Bradford on Tone. Saturday: Claire, Ebony, Brooke, Helen, Sophie and Sarah galloped the tow path along the Grand Western Canal. It was like a Spice Girl reunion but with more brains, less make up and comfier knickers. plus completely inappropriate humour as ever! Also Saturday: Claire C (aka Claire Mac) exceeded all expectations and chalked up 5 miles not 5k through badlands of Berkfordstishire.... One pink tutu wearing blur! She's a brilliant friend of over 20 years and a fab momma. Bringing it in for the Welsh team was Deborah Lightning Lane and Wayne the Wonder. They were sighted chasing seagulls on the beautiful beachlands we are hoping to visit very soon. I am touched by everyone's support and totally grateful to have such lovely friends. With fitness levels at an all time low (well mine anyway), it's more to kick start some healthy habits and generate some positivity for a great cause.
