Hi, We are 3 mates who have spent quite a bit of lockdown together playing golf. So we thought why not put our efforts into raising some money for a cause which is close to our hearts, as well as our families and friends. All 3 team members and families have had our lives torn apart by this terrible disease, our children left with just pictures and the stories we tell them of those we have lost. Hence the team name “We Will Never Walk Alone”. Not only a fitting tribute to the 2 Liverpool fans amongst us, (and the amount of walking this challenge is going to require). But, more importantly, to the ever lasting memories of those who we’ve lost. Those memories will never be taken from us, they made sure ‘we will never walk alone’. There is no doubt that if you’ve found yourself on this page, you or someone you know has also been effected by Cancer. It’s a cruel and careless disease that takes way to many people, often over a very short period of time and with horrific consequences. Please help us reach our goal in memory of all those we’ve lost.
