Belinda Scowen was a lovely colleague and friend to us at Kettering Borough Council and fought her own brave battle with cancer which sadly she lost last November. Belinda herself raised huge amounts of money for Cancer Research by organising various charity events which she loved doing and we want to continue that in her memory.
