Hi Guys, I’m Vicki & in June 2019 my wonderful Rara was diagnosed with stage 3 Bladder cancer which has also spread to multiple lymph nodes. It is incurable, all we hope is that with treatments , love and positivity we will be able to keep him with us & well for as long as possible. We are a close family and it’s hit us all so hard. He really is one of a kind, the old school gentleman , with a cheeky glint in his eye and is someone I admire, look up to and love with all of my heart, he loves life, playing his sax and spending time with his family. I run fitness classes and when I saw Sweatember I realised it was something I had to do to raise awareness for bladder cancer & raise money for cancer research.
