At Ultimate Warrior training, everyone in this team had a shared goal of getting fit, what we didn't realise is one major thing we had in common. We have all been effected by the destructive force of this awful disease. What a great way to stand up to cancer by getting a bit healthier ourselves and raising money for those gone but never forgotten.
