We are taking part in 100 Push-Ups a Day in April for Cancer Research UK!! Each of us will do an average of 100 push ups a day - this is a mighty challenge for some of us but one well worth taking on! We will be posting updates on our instagram - ueajudo - so please follow along and send the team your encouragement! Please also take the time to donate to the cause - every little helps!! A massive thank you with judo love!!
