Heather and I are running this years race for life, in thanks for all the fabulous treatment, care and support our families have received during their cancer journeys . I am grateful everyday for the ongoing care and support my inspirational husband has received over his 6 year journey and we are ever thankful and grateful for the research developments that have meant his initial palliative diagnosis and treatment has progressed to active surgeries and the end of his 5 year chemo sessions 🥰 . Therefore as Cancer continues to affect so many of us and our families, loved ones and friends this is why we are taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
