Story
I was diangnosed with Breast Cancer in October 2019. Going tnrough surgery, chemotherapy, losing my hair has been the most challenging thing l have ever been through, emotionally, mentally and physically and also for my family. I still have a long way to go with radiotherapy to follow. I will hopefully be at the end of my treatment and the end of this crazy journey by June. I would love to invite you to join us in this Race for Life, whether you walk or run, just go at your own pace, there is no pressure. I really appreciate all the support from you all since l was diagnosed and couldn't have got through this without all the love and support that I received from all of you, my family and friends. If you are not able to join us, then it would be very generous if you could donate a little something. Every little counts. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.
