Welcome to This Girl Runs Tamworth's fundraising page! This June, This Girl Runs is taking on the Race for Life Muddy Runners challenge in two waves! Our first group of ladies is hitting the mud on 13 June, followed by the second group on 20 June. While we are primarily a ladies running group, we also have a couple of "honorary members" joining the team to help raise funds for Cancer Research UK. Why we are doing it: This June, we are united by the same goal: to beat cancer. With 1 in 2 people set to be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, the need for research has never been more urgent. Whether we are crawling under nets, scrambling over walls, or sliding into mud pits, every muddy mile we cover helps fund vital research. Your support means the world to us and helps important research into cancer. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. (It also helps make the inevitable laundry mountain feel worth it).
