❤️❤️IN MEMORY OF JULIE WILLIAMS ❤️❤️ Following a courageous battle against cancer, our dear friend Julie sadly passed away at the end of last month. Words cannot even begin to describe what she meant to us. A beautiful lady who had time for everyone, she is so very missed by her family and friends. When we found out Julie was reaching the end of her journey, a few of us decided to get out and raise some money for Cancer Research. We started with seven determined ladies. Incredibly we now have 24 walkers/runners/crawlers, a true testament to how loved Julie was among her many friends, while her lovely sister Lynn is also taking part. Such was the response, we had to change our team name, and given Julie was such a huge Dolly Parton fan, we thought “Walking 9-5” was very fitting! 🥰 We have been absolutely gobsmacked by the reaction to fundraising so far, but it’s not over yet! We would love to reach 20k by the 2nd July when the walk takes place in Aberdeen. If you do wish to donate, perhaps check out Emma’s page first, as her work has agreed to match everything she raises up to 4k, while Dawn’s employer has agreed to match to 1k. A big shout out to Lynn’s employer Expro who have also donated 1k. 🙏 🙏 🙏 We cannot thank everyone enough for all the donations so far, it has been a truly humbling experience. LETS BEAT CANCER TOGETHER 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
