Jess: ' I have done many race for life events over the years; initially for everyone but the past 3 years have been for my best friend who sadly lost her cancer fight but was the bravest person I know and laughed until the end'. Judith: 'After having a cancer scare myself a few years ago I'm doing it for those who haven't been as lucky as me and are currently battling the horrible disease'. Natalie: ' This is my second time at this event and I wanted to be a part of it again. I also sadly lost my friend last year to myeloma'. Kelly: 'I am doing this for both of my nans and also for my husbands mum who is currently fighting and winning'. Louisa: 'I used to work in the head & neck cancer dept @ Aintree so I am doing this for them'. Sophia and Sophie: 'We are doing this for everyone who is affected and to be a part of such a fun event for this cause'. Our reasons may be different but our aim is the same: LETS BEAT CANCER!!!
