8 months ago, our lovey mum died from lung cancer. We, as a family, went through a year of ups and downs, treatments, hospital visits, hospital stays and the rest. There were some incredibly uplifting and hopeful moments, and many dark and despairing days. That is the reality of cancer - a rollercoaster of emotions. We don’t want other families to go through what we did so that’s why we’re running Race for Life to try and raise money for life saving research. And in doing do, we’ll remember our mum with love and admiration. She is our strength and inspiration every single day ❤️
