Fran, Emily, Petra and Helen (The Lovely IAPS Ladies) have decided to don on their running/combat gear to tackle Race for Life's Pretty Muddy 10K. This is our way of doing something different (but hopefully fun) with the opportunity to raise a little bit of sponsorship along the way.
