On Sunday 8th July myself and a gorgeous group of 23 ladies and children will be running the Race for Life 2018. 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏾♀️🏃♀️ This year it means even more to me than it has in the past. When you are told you have cancer your mind immediately goes to the darkest of places. The future you thought you and your family had seems to disappear out of your control. It becomes an unknown and fear takes over. However I was lucky. Beyond lucky. Lucky that so many women before me have run the race for life. Lucky that so many people have donated to Cancer Research and lucky that the money has developed treatments that mean that breast cancer isn’t the death sentence it once was. I was also lucky to have an incredible group of people supporting me, Adam and the twins. I called them my Good Vibe Tribe and some of them, will be running with me on the 8th. 😍 I’m so grateful to them for all that they did for me and they they are running with me.
