Story
Honestly, cancer is horrible. In one way or another it has affected people in my family, it has affected some of my closest friends. It has and will continue to affect people in my life, and yours, but with a little bit of hope and lots of hard work and money, I feel like one day, we will only remember what cancer was, and not have to live with it in our lives or those of people we love. I have ran the Race for Life many times since 2005, when my Grandad passed away from cancer. I'm running this 10K for everyone. For those who have cancer, for those who had cancer, for those affected by it, and for those who are yet be to affected by it. If we all do what we can, whether it's running, jogging, walking, fundraising, praying, hoping, researching, baking or donating, one day we'll beat it. x
