Story
As a lot of families we have been hit more than a few times. We are lucky to have 2 survivors, Lily & William & 1 very strong fighter Margaret, who is doing this walk with us. Unfortunately though we lost my dad Robert & my Uncle David both to this horrible disease…both in the space of 3 months. My Uncle David fought this for over 2 years & my dad was at his side taking him to his appointments…unfortunately we didn’t know until it was too late that my dad also had a tumour which had spread to fast for any treatment. So myself, my daughter & my gorgeous cousins are walking the shine walk in memory of my dad & David…brothers in arms 💙
