The Blakemore and Shewell Cooper families (minus Wray with a dodgy knee) have joined forces to run the St Albans Race for Life on Sunday 21 July. Yes, all 9 of us are running! Well maybe not running, maybe just walking quickly with intent. Please, if you can, donate to this great cause to help beat the bastard that is cancer.
