Story
We have been doing the Race for Life for 9 years since Helen's dad died as a result of renal cancer. We have gone from plodders completing our initial 5k in 2009 to competing the 10k for the last few years. For the last two years we have done the 5k and 10k events (not on the same day I hasten to add!) so that our eldest daughters could take part. This year marks mini-Taylor's first Race for Life. She gets upset that she never got to meet her granddad so this means a lot. Cancer is happening right now, which is why we're fundraising for Cancer Research UK.
