We're doing the Race for Life in Peterborough on the 30th June in memory of two people close to me taken by cancer. I'm also doing it for those who are currently affected by cancer or have just beaten this disease. In loving memory of Jean Cherry Lawson, loving mother to Trudi and Annabelle Lawson, and loving wife William Lawson. Jean was taken away from us by cancer in November 2017. I'm also doing the Race for Life in memory of Shirley Duddington. Loving mother to Chris and Gillian, and loving wife to Norman Duddington. Shirley was taken away from us by cancer in July 2017. Also for Richard Byatt, close personal friend of many years, touched by cancer and currently recovering. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
