It’s been just over 4 years since we lost our beloved mum and nanny, only 14 months after a diagnosis of bowel cancer. Not a day goes by that I don’t miss her, think of her and wish I could have just one more conversation with her. She was just 69 years old and taken too soon. My last Race for Life was in 2018 and I’m so incredibly grateful that she was there to see it. So proud that Rupert is joining me this year and I know she would be thrilled too. 💕 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.
