Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and save lives. Unfortunately in 2018, my sister got diagnosed with breast cancer. So in honour of her amazing ability to smile her way through treatment I thought the least I could do was to raise some money to help find a cure for this stupid disease. Running isn't something that comes naturally but if she can go through that, I can force myself to exercise! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
