Team PMA is joining Cancer Research UK's Race for Life again, our 5th year! Runners and walkers this year: Adults - Gill, Judith, Rebecca H, Frances, Sheila, Ann, Rebecca M, Helen, Sarah, Elizabeth, Catherine, Mary, Emma, Ruth, Lynne, Jane Children - Noah, Megan, Grace, Joe, Daniel, Eleanor, Eva, Jamie, Eliana, Freya, Emily, Matilda and William. We are immensely pleased and proud to have raised over £10,000 for Cancer Research in our 4 years together as Team PMA and hope to add to this figure again this year. With the support and kind donations from of our amazing friends and family I am sure that we will. Thank you. The team is evolving year on year and the number of young runners is growing. (The older members of the team now have to accept that young legs and hearts go faster!) This year Team PMA will be running in 3 events : Wigan Haigh Hall 5k on Wednesday May 17th Rhyl 5k on Sunday June 11th Haydock Race Course 5k and 10k on Sunday July 16th I am so happy to be fit and well and able to run again this year and thank everyone in the fantastic Team PMA for enthusiastically running and helping to raise so much for Cancer Research UK. The team certainly lives up to its name - Positive Mental Attitude! Please help us exceed our target again by digging deep and sponsoring us - it's quick, easy and totally secure. Events like this are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.
