At "Team Hayley Anderson Fitness" we are doing a challenge called MARCH INTO MARCH, of which the main aim is to increase the daily step count of all of my members. We aim to achieve this by doing daily online sessions and getting more steps into the day by adding more movement and activity on top of the regular amount of daily steps.
Some people in my group, may be aiming for 1,000 steps a day- and that will be an increase for them, which is absolutely great!
Here, on my fundraising team, we have some people who wanted to increase their daily step total to 10,000 per day during March and wanted to help me fundraise for Cancer Research at the same time.
We have all been affected by Cancer at some point in our lives, so we want to raise as much money as possible -your donation, no matter how "small" you think it may be, is vital to the scientists getting closer to one day finding a cure for this horrendous disease.
