On 2 August our world fell apart when Jon was diagnosed with Cancer. You never think it will happen to you or someone you love until it does. Jon has been so brave and an inspiration to everyone he has publicly shared his experience with so that one day he might be able to help and support one of us should the unthinkable happen and if one of us were in his shoes. He is the bravest man I know and words can't express how proud I am of him. Jasmine and myself have taken part in the race for life to say thankyou and to show how much it means to us to wake up every morning and have Jonathan in our lives. I am unbelievably unfit I can tell you and although 5k doesn't seem far, it certainly felt in today but that is nothing in comparison to what I have had to watch Jon go through these past months. You're support throughout has been overwhelming and empowering and I know many people asked what they can do to help. Can I therefore ask you to donate to Cancer research not because Jasmine and I ran 5k which is nothing really but just to say thankyou for keeping a very special person in our lives.
