The 3 of us are taking on Pretty Muddy 5K at Brighton on 1st July 2018. As you all well know Emma and I did this last year and we had a fantastic time, but this time round Dee Lazim is joining us, for her first run with obstacles! So all 3 of us are aiming to raise a grand total of £300! Please donate what ever you wish to, and you know it’ll go to a brilliant cause.
