Why are we supporting this particular charity? Jessie Cat lost now several very beautiful Sing and Sign baby friends to cancer. After having a good cry, she decided to do something constructive. Jessie Cat has thousands and thousands of young Sing and Sign friends and many are likely to one day be grateful for the work of the amazing charity Cancer Research UK. What can a pussycat do? Even though she has very little legs, Jessie will be running her tiny paws off in lots of races this year. Jessie Cat's original owner Francesca, and Francesca's mum Sasha (who is the lady who helped Jessie make the Sing and Sign DVDs!) will be running their own event in Brighton as will lots of other S&S teachers around the country. Last year we raised over £9K … amazing! And this year Me and my lovely team of Sing and Sign teachers (Aimee, Amy, Gemma, Jodie, Laura, and Theresa) will all be taking part and completing (with our Jessie Cats of course) the Milton Keynes Muddy 5k Race for Life on the 8th September.
