Story

We at Showcase have all been affected by Cancer in one way or another, whether directly or the people we love, in my case (Danielle), I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in 2008 while my children were both very young and the bottom dropped out of my world. With luck, determination, lots of drugs and the amazing NHS, I’m still here 14 years later enjoying my family and living life. Its thanks to the work done by Cancer Research UK that means that millions of families like mine can carry on and get through the ordeal they are faced with and I truly believe that in time they will find a cure.
