Story
As a family we are all getting together a year to the day that mum passed (19th July) from cancer to do the race for life... there’s a mixture of us running the 5 and 10k race on the day! We would appreciate any donation, no matter how small. More and more family and friends will be joining as the time comes closer... We only had 11 days to get used to the idea of mum having cancer... 11 days after being diagnosed she was gone... Anyone that knew mum knows that she was a whirlwind of energy, compassion and love. This disease is so cruel and horrendous. It takes the best from us time and time again. We need to continue to fund research to find cures.
