Emily and I will be running (maybe walking realistically ?) the Chesterfield Race for Life in June. It is quite a number of years since I myself have done this race and during this time we have lost our dear Mum/Granny to this awful disease. We will be running in my lovely mum’s memory but also be running for our friends who are currently fighting cancer and for my dad/grandpa and our very dear friend who have both beaten the disease.
