Last year, for Ruby's first ever 5k, we wrote on her "I'm running for" sign all the names of the people around her who have been touched, or taken, by cancer. There wasn't much space left. She ran as hard as she could and we had an amazing & emotional day - and we will do it again this year. Ruby's three grandmothers have all experienced cancer. She lost her dear Nanna to pancreatic cancer in 2016; her lovely Grancaz continues to live bravely with Lymphoma and Ruby's Grandma won't be racing with us this year - shortly after the race last year it became clear that her breast cancer had returned to her spine. Grandma fights on, but cancer puts up a formidable battle. Little girls like Ruby will change the world. Please sponsor her so that there are fewer names for us to cram on her sign.
