Beth and I have signed up to take part in this years 10 km Race for Life. Anyone who knows me knows that I am not the most natural of runners and in fact I strongly dislike it! But this is for such a fantastic cause and we have both been affected by the pain and suffering that cancer can cause to a family and so we have decided to go out and push ourselves and try to raise some money on the way.
