Over the last couple of years between friends, extended family and neighbours unfortunately there has been too many people we know who have been affected by cancer. For some the diagnosis has come early enough for effective treatment, but unfortunately for others that was not possible and they have sadly passed away. Hopefully by running the Stirling Race for Life 10k we can raise some money which can be used to help to develop new treatments which will improve the prognosis for people with cancer. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
