Story
At the end of January 2016 my world was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Having undergone a year of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy I was finally putting it all behind me and getting on with our life. 5 weeks ago in March 2018 however I was once again thrown back into the nightmare when after my 2 year mammogram I was told the cancer had returned in a lymph node. I am now back at the start again waiting to find out what treatment I will be undertaking. I am hoping to do this race for life again as had already signed up but I will have to wait and see as to where I am in my treatment at the time of the race. Thank you.
