Story
On 3rd November 2017, cancer took the life of Paul Bates. He had only known for 4 days that he had cancer and that it was inoperable. It was a shock for all that knew and loved him. This year, on 22nd July (what would have been his 59th birthday), we're joining the Race for Life 5k. Mother, Sister, Daughter, Grand-daughter and others who knew him will be joining together to raise awareness. Generations spanning over 80 years We'd love for the money to not only help cure this horrible illness but to also help people get earlier diagnosis of it so there's a better chance of survival.
