Story
At the end of 2017 our colleague Carol was diagnosed with breast cancer just as she was being appointed to a well-deserved work promotion. Instead of getting on with the new job in the way she hoped, she has been bearing up to treatment so far with her characteristic resilience and composure. We all wanted to do something to show our support, affection and encouragement for Carol and her family over the months to come. We suspect the best thing about our run from her point of view is that she is a) excused from running and therefore b) dodging wearing any embarrassing pants herself.
