During lock down, we have started the couch to 5k app, we both very proud of what we have achieved so far. We wanted to do something to which is hugely important to us, we have chosen to run and raise money for Cancer Research UK. Having both had family members and friends diagnosed with cancer, it is a very close to our heart and after a year where vital cancer trials have been delayed, the Race for Life is more important than ever.
