We are a bunch of ladies from the Welsh Government building in Aberystwyth, who have come together to take part in the Race for Life. We are normal ladies; some of us are fit, some are not, some are young, some are less young. But we are all dressing in pink and digging out our trainers to take part in this very special day. Some of us are doing it as an excuse to get fit, some are doing it for the friendships it builds, and because it is an amazing day, and some of us have lost husbands, parents or siblings to cancer. We believe we can make a difference if we stand together. We can all make a difference. You can make a difference. If we can get around 5k dressed in pink, you can sponsor us. Every pound matters.
