Leaving behind a devastated family, Phil her husband of 53 years and three children, Phil, Debi and Alan, four grandchildren; Kate, Dan, Isabel and young Jack, and also a great grandchild, George.

Cancer Research UK is the world’s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving lives through research. Their vision is to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. One in two people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives. Right now, half of those people will survive. Their ambition is to accelerate their progress and see three-quarters of people surviving the disease by 2034. Their scientists, doctors and nurses are working to save more lives and create more tomorrows for people in the UK and across the world.
