We're a community fitness group who do 2 classes a week under the expert guidance of our much loved personal trainer Kev Lynch. We do as many additional activities as possible like hill walking and adventure days. We love and appreciate our small group and like to give back where we can. This is one of those times! And what better cause to support than Cancer research. Something which has touched us all. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work.
