On the 5th of March this year our world crumbled. Our "aunt, Godmother, friend" AKA "auntie Marg" passed away. After fearlessly beating breast cancer in 2000, it was lung cancer that cruelly took her away from us. The pain is still raw as we try to adjust to life without her by our side.
This race, the day before what would have been her 67th birthday, is a dedication of our love, proof of our strength, and a celebration of her life. A family challenge, we three sister's (Sarah, Laura & Nancy) will be running the 5K (Nancy, the 10k as she is fit!) along with our niece and nephew Eva and Charlie. Please help us turn a sad day into a positive day by donating what you can for Cancer Research. Thank you.
Auntie Marg, you touched our lives like no other and we are eternally grateful for making every day that little bit brighter...
We love and miss you. xx
The Gift of Giving… Frank Sonnenberg
Give out of love, not obligation.
Give when it’s least expected.
Give without strings attached.
Give from your heart.
Give of yourself.
Give to show that you care.
Give help without causing helplessness.
Give something that makes personal sacrifice.
Give to make a difference.
Give without keeping score.
Give for no reason at all.
Give a little if you can’t give a lot.
Give without attracting attention to yourself.
Give without being asked.
Give of your experience.
Give to those who need it most.
